Quality control requires that excellent manufacturing systems are applied
by a conscientious work force

We have in place a quality checking procedure that is applied by the individual
workers and is overseen and monitored by the final packer/finisher of the greenhouses.
We are a company that has chosen to make each greenhouse to order rather than
mass production buildings.
This has built into our workforce a pride in what they make and an understanding
that each customer and therefore each greenhouse is special.
The fact that we make each greenhouse to order does increase our lead times
but also ensures that each customer is treated as an individual.
Each greenhouse we make is treated with the same care and is important to us
whether bespoke, small lean-to or very large greenhouse.
If we make a mistake and something is missed or broken then it is replaced
without question.
