We take our responsibilities regarding the security of your credit card information

Once Dovetail Building Developments Limited have received your information,
all further transactions are made directly through an electronic terminal directly
linked to the major banks. Your information is not shared with others nor is it
transferred via the world wide web.
Your credit card information is then held by Dovetail in a physical form so
that your order might be processed. Credit card data will be held in the database
for no longer than 30 days after the end of the month following the delivery of
your goods.
To prevent unauthorised access and use of your information, strict security
procedures are followed in the storage and disclosure of your information, as
required by the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and1998. Your credit card information
will only be exchanged between you and Dovetail Buildings.
Dovetail Building Developments Limited guarantee that every transaction made
through the Dovetail server is 100% safe and under their guarantee.
You will be reimbursed for the first £50 should your credit card be misused
or abused. Legally, the credit card company is obliged to pay the remainder.
