We receive extruded lengths of aluminium produced to our
own specific designs and process the aluminium in kits which when assembled
make greenhouses of various shapes and sizes. |
We
cut, punch and part assemble all of the items that are required to make the greenhouses.
All of the fittings, nuts, bolts and clips are bagged and
packaged so that each customer receives all that is required to assemble the greenhouse.
On some occasions the glazing material, the glass or SAN
plastic sheet is delivered directly from us at the factory and on other occasions
when it is more beneficial for our customer the glazing is controlled by Dovetail
but delivered by a local supplier.
If the greenhouses are
to be finished in a colour then each completed kit will be sent in its entirety
to the metal finishing plant.
Each length of metal is cleaned,
chemically etched, powdered paint is applied and then finally baked in an oven
to obtain the optimum finish.
The whole kit is then returned
to the main factory where it is again checked, then after being packed in a protective
material, boxed ready to be shipped to our customer.
We
are able to produce from these premises a wonderful array of different designs
and finishes.
Our smallest free standing and lean to greenhouse
is just 2ft x 4ft and there is no upper limit to the largest greenhouse that we
can make.
We can make greenhouses to our standard specification
and when needed we can produce a greenhouse to the customers exact dimensions
to fit such things as existing dwarf walls in replacement to old and worn out
buildings.
We have been known to make greenhouses to designs
that have been uniquely ours alone.
